The former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic will appear before a war crimes judge in the Netherlands on Thursday. It follows his extradition to The Hague to stand trial at the UN War Crimes Tribunal. Karadzic faces 11 charges, including genocide and crimes against humanity.

The majority of Serbs think Radovan Karadzic, who's accused of war crimes, shouldn't be handed over to the UN tribunal in The Hague. According to a survey by the Belgrade Strategic Research Institute, 86% of Serbs say the tribunal is biased against Serbs.
